Because our products are digital content delivered electronically, please review the product description before purchase. Where applicable law gives a consumer a statutory cancellation or refund right, that right is not excluded by these terms.
Problems with delivery
If you pay successfully but do not receive the fulfilment email or cannot access the supplied download, contact hello@isxgovernance.com. We will investigate the delivery issue and, where appropriate, provide access or another suitable remedy.
Defective or materially incorrect files
If a supplied file is corrupted or materially different from the product described, contact us promptly with the order details so we can investigate and provide an appropriate remedy.
Annual Governance Update
The Annual Governance Update is a recurring yearly service. Cancellation prevents future renewals; it does not automatically reverse a completed renewal. Any applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
